RE-CBT  TRAINING

What is RE-CBT?
RE-CBT stands for Rational Emotive Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, one of the most efficient forms of psychotherapy in the world developed by Dr Albert Ellis in 1955. It is a problem-centric method of therapy that helps you identify unhealthy emotions and challenge self-sabotaging behaviours to replace them with healthier ones.

Why should you get trained in it?

Along with theoretical knowledge, practising Psychology requires an immense amount of training. You can memorise various theories and steps penned down by different pioneers in the field, but implementing them in real life with a client is a completely different aspect. To practice a therapy, you need to be trained in it along with thorough supervision to ensure if your work is ethical and accurate.

Professional Certified RECBT Trainings

At Inner Planet, we conduct Professional Certified Trainings in different cities to help young as well as practicing professionals enhance and develop their skills in Psychotherapy. In RECBT Trainings, the Theory of RECBT is taught and peer counselling sessions are conducted under the intensive supervision of a Certified Supervisor from The Albert Ellis Institute, the home of RECBT.
